Salmon and garlic spaghetti

  • Salmon filet
  • 2oz of spaghetti pasta
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tb of olive oil
  • 1 tb of flour
  • Any seasoning for filet

1. Bake or air fryer the filet

2. Cook the pasta

3. While pasta and salmon are cooking prep the sauce. Heat the oil with garlic until it is hot. Stir in the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until slightly brown. Add the milk and stir until thick. Lower the temperature. Stir together the cooked pasta and salmon. Add salt and pepper as wanted.

4. Enjoy!
